Geologist and Master in Sciences from the University of Chile, Doctor in Earth Sciences from the Paul Sabatier University, and Doctor in Sciences mentioning Geology from the University of Chile. She is currently a Professor in the Department of Geology of the University of Chile and Coordinator of the Geoethics Group of the Geological Society of Chile.
