During the XVI CGCh, special scientific meetings, scientific-technical workshops and field trips of high interest in the context of the current challenges of the Geosciences may be held. Assemblies of the main organizations of geoscientists in the country may also be held. The application process and deadline for holding a special meeting or assembly, and for proposals for scientific-technical workshops and field trips will be informed in due course.
